How do I make an appointment?

If you are interested in making an appointment for a consultation, please contact us at 919-784-7460. Our schedulers are happy to assist you with making an appointment.

We do our best to accommodate patients' schedules. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to fill out forms regarding your current medical condition and previous medical history. This is a necessary part of the evaluation and examination process and enables us to complete insurance claims on your behalf.

How do I get prescription refills?

Please call your pharmacy and ask them to contact our office for prescription refills.

What do I do in case of emergency?

In the event of an emergency a surgeon is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the emergency occurs outside the normal office hours, please call the office at 919-784-7460 and you will be directed to our answering service. If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, call 911.
